Yesterday, I visited Antipolo  looking for House And Lot For Sale, luckily I spotted one. House in Antipolo for sale located at Antipolo City, Rizal Philippines. Near private  Beverly Hills Subdivision.  Lot size is 850 sqm,  lot situated at very nice Antipolo Beverly Hills with breathtaking view and the best part is the House,  a comercial house  5 story commercial home, corner lot and facing east.

The  house in Antipolo City has ordinary bedrooms, guestrooms, kid rooms and master bedrooms. The house is realy huge. I can say that the house looks like hotel and has big parking lot.  Asian type of house with Japanese architectural design and garden.

I am (Pinoy) planning to create my Pinoy Real Estate Office at the Mall! March Plan 2009 Creating Real Estate Office. Is it strategic location for new Real Estate Office? Is it good for Pinoy Real Estate Business? This is my questions for my Pinoy Real Estate Plans.

I am planning to lease a commercial space at the nearest mall in our place here at Cagayan Valley! I can’t spend 17,000 up to 25,000 monthly! I think that the cost of commercial space rental at the mall is too high and too risky!

Advantage Mall DisAdvantage

The advantages of placing my pinoy real estate office at the shopping mall was the following:

• I know that the mall has superb location, located only 2 blocks from the Kalye Commercio the main busy business street in our place!
• The influx of people shopping means big opportunities.
• Attracts the wealthy peoples walking for shopping at the mall.
• The stalls on the mall has high income too.
• The mall is one stop shop for shoppers!
• Free adverticements on the Mall.
• Big expossure

They might purchase one house and lot to me! Selling House and Lot is more easier coz people goes to the mall!

Disadvantage of mall

• Rental space high
• Many shoppers just take window shopping

My real estate tripping career! Why I make some trip with my prospect buyers and real buyers. Pinoy Real Estate Agent Office Blog deals with importance of tripping the home buyers personally.

Being  an agent of real estate for a good span of time, I have noticed the importance of tripping my prospect buyers personnaly direct to the home for sale site. I make them feel happy by no expense tripping to the property site. I usually rent private exclusive cars for my prospect buyer to experience the elegance of the trip to the location site of the real property.

Yesterday, while tripping to Isabella with two rich home buyers, I receive good  reponses to my generous  free tripping for real estate sale. One of my buyer told me that she was impressed to my technique free Real Estate Trip.
